Bourne Brothers is a family owned company which primarily builds in the North Pole area, specializing in coordinating the entire construction process. Having been through the building steps many times, I am able to help guide you through each and every one. If need be, I will help with design, drawings, financing, permits, orientation on the lot, clearing and rebate paperwork. I want you to be satisfied with not only the finish product, but the process as well. That is why I am dedicated to providing outstanding value, an enjoyable experience and an easy work relationship. Building reputation
Bourne Brothers began in 1982 as a subcontractor, but the Bourne family has been in construction in Alaska for nearly 50 years. Today, we build energy efficient, 5 star plus entry level homes, to spacious custom designs with technical heating and cooling systems. Getting my customers and their families into homes that are right for their specific life needs is the most rewarding experience I enjoy as a builder. Subcontractors who understand and excel at their trade are valuable partners. Having worked in Fairbanks since the late 1960s with my father, and as a subcontractor, I am fortunate to have life-long relationships with many of these tradesmen. I trust in their expertise and value their contribution to my success. Because of the team approach to each home I build, I am free to spend critical time overseeing and insuring a quality building process. I will insist on achieving the same high standard expected by those I work for.
